Downtown Topeka encompasses 740 acres of property that is prime for development. While existing properties provide an abundance of opportunity, a recent market study found new development could support 900 new housing units, 690,000 square feet of retail space, 300,000 square feet of new or rehabbed office space, and 200 new hotel rooms. Imagine what you could do with that space. We’ll allow you to draw your own conclusions!
